VCAM - Vaish Center for Additive Manufacturing
VCAM is a social enterprise aiming to facilitate the growth of 3D design and printing technology in the rural areas of Telangana by providing training to youth and offering 3D design and printing services to the local industries. It is a first of its kind facility, where in such high end technology is brought to Tier-II towns in Telangana, thereby nurturing and engaging the young talent in creative and enterprising work.
LEaders Accelerating Development (LEAD)
The LEaders Accelerating Development (LEAD) program strives to build problem-solving and entrepreneurial aptitudes among university students. LEAD's mission is simple and impactful: have students take up issues of concern and implement solutions in a stipulated time frame.
Initiated in 2011, the Navodyami program helps to make micro-entrepreneurship a viable proposition as a livelihood. It enables budding individuals to create their own niche and build a sustainable enterprise. Navodyami has worked with 100s of micro-entrepreneurs.
The TiE Nizamabad chapter was initiated by Kakatiya Sandbox, Deshpande Foundation with a vision of providing a credible ecosystem which builds a culture of entrepreneurship in two-tier towns. The establishment of TiE has enabled entrepreneurs to dream big, learn from each other and equip them to scale greater heights in building organizations.
Deshpande Educational Trust
The Deshpande Educational Trust (DET) was established in 2010 to provide practical skills and impart stronger work ethics among students through experiential learning and vocational training. With additional skill-based training programs available, the Trust strengthens the local communities overall human resource capacity through short and long-term job-oriented coursework. Such coursework includes formal and vocational training programs including the newly initiated Masters of Social Entrepreneurship course. The DET is supported by the Deshpande Foundation as it provides the necessary support and connection to NGO partners, enterprises, and other educational institutions to provide skill-based quality education to the youth of North Karnataka and Telangana.

Save A Mother, a not for profit organization founded in December 2007 has devised a simple solution for saving women and newborn lives: an aggressive health literacy program that trains volunteer village health activists to educate, empower and connect pregnant women to public health systems.

Is now promoting various rainwater harvesting and recharge methods in four states of India, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Punjab.
Better Cotton Initiative
BCI exists to make the global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector's future.
Initiated in 2014 by the Foundation and supported by the Sir Ratan Tata Trust, Neer Sinchina is a program that helps farmers engage in sustainable agricultural practices involving rainwater harvesting and conservation. This program has been especially helpful in facilitating irrigation in drought-prone areas with erratic rainfall. By improving access to water, farmers can now cultivate more than one crop a year thereby increasing their revenue by 50%. Since 2014, the program has rapidly scaled and we have created more than a thousand farm ponds that have impacted 9,000 lives.
